Invercargill Transfer Station weighbridge replacement

Work to replace the outgoing weighbridge at the Invercargill Transfer Station on Bond Street will begin on Thursday, 10 September and is expected to take about four weeks.

The transfer station will remain open during the work.

While work is under way, all vehicles entering and leaving the site will use the incoming weighbridge.

Customers should expect some delays and allow extra time when visiting the transfer station. If your visit is not urgent, please consider waiting until the work is complete.

When leaving the transfer station, you may need to get out of your vehicle to pay at the kiosk. Please take extra care and watch for moving traffic and trip hazards.
