- Start the app and add your home address to “Your places”.
💡 Tip: You can add multiple locations to receive area-relevant notifications for addresses and places you may be interested in receiving notifications for, e.g. your work or school, your favourite walking track, etc.

You can add multiple locations to receive area-relevant notifications for addresses you may be interested in, e.g. your work, school, your holiday house, etc.
Then customise your notification options so that you only receive notifications you are interested in for your additional places, e.g. turn off bin reminder notifications for all locations except your home.

Love taking the dog for a walk to a specific track? Add it to your Places to get notifications for potential track closures.

🔕 Turn off certain notifications for additional locations
Once you have added additional locations you may want to turn off certain notifications for them, e.g. turn off bin reminder notifications for your Work and Gym locations.
- Wait until you see the type of notification you want to disable for specific Place(s), e.g. Bin day reminder.
- Press the "Options" button on the notification in Antenno.
- Select "Options for [notification type] posts..."
- Turn off locations you don't want to receive that type of notification for, and press Save.

What is Antenno?
Antenno is an app which enables users to receive location-relevant notifications from us and other local bodies.
After installing the app simply enter your address and the app will let you know about upcoming road works, service disruptions, and when to put your rubbish bins out.
My bin reminders are telling me the wrong information
If your bin reminders are telling you the incorrect bins or day for your property, check that your address listed in “Your places” includes your full street address, and not just your suburb.
Please note: your home location information is not shared with us, and is used by the platform to deliver only relevant notifications for your added address(es).
Can I control what types of notifications I receive?
Yes, you can choose to not receive certain categories of notifications individually for each of your addresses, e.g. turn off bin collection reminders just for your work address.
- In the Antenno app, click the Options button on the notification you are not interested in receiving.
- Select 'Options for Category posts'
- Deselect the locations you no longer want to receive this category of notifications for, then press Save.
Do I have to register to use the app?
No, simply install the app and add an address/location and you will start to receive notifications.
