The Art of the Op Shop
Learn how to spot quality, character and value in second-hand finds at a free WasteNet workshop with Anna of She Hunts Op Shops. Whether you already enjoy op shopping or are unsure where to start, The Art of the Op Shop will help you shop second-hand with more confidence.
Through stories, photography and practical examples, Anna will explore treasure hunting, second-hand style, sustainable fashion, children’s fast fashion and creative home decorating. You will learn how to identify hidden gems, see the potential in pre-loved pieces and bring unexpected finds together without spending a fortune.
Anna will also introduce her Southland Op Shop Guide, featuring op shops, vintage stores, markets, Reuse Stations and other second-hand destinations throughout the region.
