You could use non-stick cook wear or grease the trays with butter, margarine or oil before you place the food on the cookware or tray.

Disposal

Cooking paper or waxy paper cannot be recycled, and does not compost well because of the waxy texture.  If you cannot reduce cooking paper, the next best practical option is disposal to the regional landfill through your local rubbish collection service.
