The Garage Re-Use Shop

303 Bond Street, Invercargill - just inside the gates of the Invercargill Waste Transfer Station. Open every day except for Christmas Day, New Years Day and Good Friday. This facility is operated by Habitat for Humanity.

If you are looking for a pre-loved lounge suite, a washing machine, a dinner set, a bicycle, tools, a spare part or any other sundry items then you need to visit "The Garage" Re-Use Shop.  Inside "The Garage" a treasure trove of quality reusable items can be found.  If you are in need of something for your home at a reasonable price, then drop in and have a look around.

The next time you have a spring clean, consider separating your rubbish into reusable and non-reusable, and drop the reusable items off to the team at The Garage.  This will save you money and prevent items from going to landfill.

Starting on Tay Street head south.  At the roundabout, take the 1st exit onto Clyde Street.  At the next roundabout take the 3rd exit onto Tweed Street, drive over the overbridge (heading towards the Airport).  At the roundabout take the 1st exit onto Bond Street.  The Garage Reuse Shop is on the right hand side, inside the gates of the Invercargill Waste Transfer Station.
