Love Food Hate Waste

Nationally we waste $872 million a year on food that we buy and throw away uneaten. Some of this is made of things like peelings, cores and bones, but the majority is, or once waste perfectly good food. The Love Food Hate Waste New Zealand campaign asks people to "do one thing differently" to reduce food waste at home.

WasteNet Southland is proud to be part of the national Love Food Hate Waste New Zealand campaign which aims to inspire and enable people to waste less food.
